The 88cuci VIP programme consists of six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond). Tier advancement is determined by monthly wagering turnover thresholds as specified in the VIP programme documentation. VIP benefits including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and dedicated account manager access are subject to change at 88cuci's discretion. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be revised or withdrawn.
All bets and wagers placed on the 88cuci platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category selected (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade), as published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to the specific product in question.
Sports markets available on 88cuci include but are not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC events, and various other international sports. Odds are expressed as decimal odds and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds stated at the time of acceptance.
88cuci reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the event outcome was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular activity, or where the odds were published in error.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events under the supervision of trained dealers streamed in real time. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures are theoretical and based on long-run statistical outcomes; individual session results may vary materially from published RTP values.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Specific limits are displayed on the relevant game interface. 88cuci reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual Users or across the platform at any time without prior notice.

All rights are reserved.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property constitutes an infringement of 88cuci's rights and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 88cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
88cuci's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
88cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, during which open bets will be honoured in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
88cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure by either party, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method used, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to 88cuci under these Terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not payable upon closure.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the 88cuci support team via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which 88cuci's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the User's country of residence.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the 88cuci support team to attempt an informal resolution. 88cuci is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. Our internal dispute resolution process aims to provide a substantive response to all formal complaints within five business days.
88cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting an update notice on the Platform and, where practically possible, by notifying Users via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account before the effective date of the change.
